The "Rastafilter" enables cake washing inside the dehydrator, contributing to a reduction in water usage and water conservation!

When recovering active substances contained in the cake and removing impurities, it is common to repeatedly use repulping (redissolution) and dehydration, which requires a large amount of water. The "Lasta Filter" is a product that solves such challenges. It provides highly efficient cleaning effects in various fields, including salt removal and rare metal recovery. ■ Features - Excellent cleaning effect allows for a reduction in the amount of cleaning water used. - By adopting a top-feed method, it can form a uniform cake, enabling even cake cleaning without inconsistencies. - It is possible to freely combine "forward washing" and "reverse washing." - The repulping equipment can be omitted, reducing equipment costs and installation area. ■ Case Study The introduction of the "Lasta Filter" in the salt removal process reduced water usage to one-tenth! Objective: To remove impurities (salt) from the cake through cake washing.
